Her lips were now so close he could almost touch them with his own but Weird was nervous. She seemed shy and nervous too so one of them would have to take the plunge and the bassist could feel his heart start hammering in his chest like Gilly on his drums. Oh god. Licking his lips, he offered her a shy smile before leaning in and kissing her.
He was kissing her.
Weird gently brought his hand up to stroke at her cheek softly whilst pressing his lips gently against her own. Just a touching kiss. A brief moment of contact where everything sort of faded around him. She smelt so good too. Moving back, he glanced at the floor before meeting her gaze once more.
