"I would love your help, but you should make sure you rest enough." The nurse in her was coming out. She knew too much exhaustion and they might get sick. She didn't want that to happen, especially if they had to work. Bands rarely ever cancelled shows or dates and she knew they had to get sick at some point with the exhaustion and all the strange places and people.
Her eyes got really wide and she blushed profusely. Gloria hadn't realized the invite to travel had been as a doctor AND girlfriend. It takes her a moment and several breaths to recover. "Are you asking me to date you... long term? To be your girlfriend?"
She's not opposed to it and nothing in her words or expression says she is, though there is a good deal of surprise. It's a bit of a shock to go from a friendly blind date to travel the world with me and my band as my girlfriend in a matter of less than an hour.
